Consultation has concluded
Background
Your feedback is sought about the City of Cockburn's new changing place facility. It is located in the new toilet block at the Bibra Lake Regional Playground.
There are now four facilities like this throughout Western Australia, at Elizabeth Quay, Toodyay, Geraldton and of course Bibra Lake.
Changing Places have been designed to meet the needs of people with disability whose needs are not met by standard accessible toilets.
The Bibra Lake facility includes:
A height adjustable adult-sized changing bench;
A tracking hoist system;
A shower;
Enough space for two carers to assist;
A safe and clean environment;
Locking system.
Have Your Say
As part of an overall evaluation of the Grant Program, surveys are being delivered to identify how changing place facilities have impacted people with disability, their families, carers and the broader community.
If you have personally used or supported someone with a disability to use the changing place in the public toilet block at Bibra Lake, we would love to hear your feedback.
Please complete this survey to share your feedback. Your feedback is anonymous and will greatly support the measurement and promotion of the impact that projects like this one have on our community.
