Consultation has concluded


The City received an application for telecommunications infrastructure at 128 Woodman Point View, Coogee. The proposal is to establish a 22.9m total height tower (18.8m to top of monopole) with lights and CCTV cameras at 10m and an equipment shelter at base level within a lease area of 22.32m2. The development is proposed within a lot that is zoned ‘Regional Reserve – Parks and Recreation’ under Local Planning Scheme No. 3.

The City compiled all of the submissions and assessed the comments. The City recommended to the Western Australian Planning Commission that the tower be approved. The WAPC is the decision maker for this application.
