The application proposes the following:
Providing residence for up to ten persons on the property, who sign on to a sub-lease for a minimum duration of three months;
‘Dwelling 1’, as shown on the development plans, is the main dwelling and contains four bedrooms;

About this application
The application proposes the following:
Providing residence for up to ten persons on the property, who sign on to a sub-lease for a minimum duration of three months;
‘Dwelling 1’, as shown on the development plans, is the main dwelling and contains four bedrooms;
‘Dwelling 2’, as also shown on the development plans is split into two separate buildings. One building comprises two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The other building comprises four bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms;
All access is via the existing driveway to the north-east of the site;
All parking will be contained on the site; and
A sea container 12m in length for storage purposes only.
