Consultation has concluded


As part of the ongoing Coolbellup Revitalisation Strategy, the City allocated funds to upgrade amenities at Jarvis Park.

Based on resident feedback from a survey in November/December 2016, the City prepared a concept plan, which was released for comment in March/April 2017. The final plan is included in the document library on this page.

The redevelopment includes:

  • A playground upgrade including new junior, nature play and senior play areas
  • Both basketball courts to be resurfaced and the larger court to be extended
  • A new shelter with barbecue, picnic tables, seating and drinking fountain
  • Resurfacing the existing footpath, and a new footpath to the smaller play area
  • New revegetation areas

Thank you to residents who have provided input over the past 12 months.

    Construction of the new Jarvis Park playground started on 31 July 2017.
