About this application
This amendment seeks to modify several approved road locations and widths including:
Replacing the proposed north-south 6m laneway on the eastern boundary of Lot 11 with a 15m wide road
Increasing the proposed east-west 6m laneway across Lots 11 and 12 with a 10m wide road
Introducing a new 6m wide laneway midway between the eastern and north-south roads
Decreasing the existing 18m road between Lots 10 and 11 to 15m.

What will happen next?
After the comment period, City officers will make a recommendation for Council to consider. This recommendation takes into account a range of considerations such as planning guidelines and community feedback. Following a Council decision, the application will proceed to the State Government (Western Australian Planning Commission) for final determination on whether it should or should not proceed.
