Background

At its meeting on 13 June 2019, Council resolved to consent to advertise modifications to Local Planning Policy 4.2 (LPP 4.2) - Cockburn Central North (Muriel Court) Structure Plan - Design Guidelines.

The modifications are intended to ensure consistency with the State Government's Design WA suite of documents, including:

  • State Planning Policy 7.0 'Design of the Built Environment'; and
  • State Planning Policy 7.3 'Residential Design Codes Volume 2 - Apartments'.

Submissions

You are invited to make a submission by 16 July 2019.
