Sporting Club Survey Summer 2017

This survey is open to administrators of sports clubs using City of Cockburn sports grounds.

As your season is truly well underway your club would now be in a position to confirm your player numbers for the season. Please complete the survey below.

The survey has two purposes:

• Firstly, it is an opportunity for your club to confirm or alter the player numbers that were provided to the City in your 2017 summer booking application form.
• Secondly, to ensure the City can best meet the needs of various clubs, it must be aware of trends in player numbers to determine the special needs of particular clubs with regard to club development activities and the provision of infrastructure at the various sporting facilities.

To complete the survey, you will need the number of players in each team. If it is easier to upload documents, rather than answer individual questions, please do so.
