    Thank you for your interest on this proposal.

    This proposal was advertised for public comment period between 3 June and 15 July 2021. The City received eight submissions on this proposal.

    Submissions were compiled in a report, alongside relevant planning considerations, and presented in a report to Council at the Ordinary Council Meeting (OCM) on 12 August 2021. At this OCM, Council resolved to recommended approval to the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC). Minutes of this meeting can be found on the City’s website here.

    The WAPC has since granted approval for this application.

    At its meeting on 12 August 2021 (OCM Minutes 12/8/21) Council resolved to recommend approval to the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC).

    The WAPC is currently assessing the application (17/1/2022)
