The City of Cockburn has received a development application for a Child Care Premises at Lot 9000 Purvis Street in Hamilton Hill (within the "OneOneFive Hamiton Hill Estate"). Comments on this proposal are invited from the community.

About the assessment process

The City of Cockburn has received an application for a Child Care Premises on the above site and now invites you to make a comment.

As per the City of Cockburn Town Planning Scheme No.3, the land use Child Care Premises is an “A” use in the Residential Zone and requires the City to advertise the proposed application to the public for comment.

Community feedback is open for this application until 4pm, Wednesday 5 March 2025. Once the advertising period had closed, the City will evaluate and review any comments provided.

The application will then be determined shortly afterwards, and an update of the determination will be provided.
