Consultation has concluded

Background

The City of Cockburn is seeking community feedback on a proposed structure plan for Lots 97 - 102 Watson Road, Beeliar over a 2.4 hectare site.

The proposed Structure Plan would allow future development of the lots primarily with single dwellings at a density of Residential 40 (R40). It also proposes development of privately managed communal streets, with the intention of creating a 'roof top solar farming' initiative for future residents of the site. The proposal relocates previous public open space (POS) to the west of the site, in order to link with an internal linear POS which will be available for public recreation.
