Background
The City of Cockburn will relocate its Council and Administration Centre to a new site at Cockburn Central near Cockburn ARC. (We are not planning to move the Cockburn Seniors Centre or Spearwood Library).
Being more central will place us in the geographical heart of Cockburn and provide equal access for all residents and businesses across our City.
We want to find out what is important to you and your vision for how you want to use and access the future Council and Administration Centre. Let us know what you think!

2018 – Council Decision
Future Council and Administration Centre in the Heart of Cockburn has finished this stage
During October 2018’s Ordinary Council Meeting, Elected Members voted to
exchange its land holding in Cockburn town centre with an equivalent
lot on Veterans Parade, opposite Cockburn ARC. The City plans to develop
this lot to house a new Council chambers and administration.
