The City of Cockburn invites your submissions for a Child Care Premises at 2 Pinnacle Road, Coogee.

The proposal includes the following:

• Double storey building - 589m² total floor area
  • (430m² ground floor and 159m² upper floor);
• Hours of operation: 6:30am to 7pm, Monday to Friday;
• 63 children aged between 0 and 5 years of age;
• 12 staff at any one time;
• 15 car bays on-site and 3 on-street car bays;
• Landscaping; and
• 447m² of outdoor play area.
