Background

The City is seeking feedback regarding a scheme amendment proposal for the purpose of amending the annual review clauses related to development contribution plans. The proposal will enable the City to adopt a lesser contribution rate than an independent reviewer may recommend. There is currently no flexibility in the scheme to do this.
