When would the pump track be built?

After the feedback period, the City will review and assess all comments, making any necessary changes to the proposal. $60,000 in funding has been allocated in the 2019/2020 capital works budget to deliver the pump track upgrades, provided they are supported by the community.

Why does the pump track need to fit in with the existing footprint?

There are a number of reasons. The current design enables the most efficient use of the available budget. Increasing the size of pump track beyond the existing footprint will significantly impact the budget. The initial pump track construction site was also chosen through a consultation process with local residents and deemed to be the preferred location.

How will my feedback be used?

The City is seeking community feedback on the proposed upgrades and draft design. At the end of the comment period, your feedback will be collated alongside that with the wider community. The feedback will be used to guide a review of the proposal and inform any necessary changes.
