Background

Success Reserve (also known as Success Regional Sport and Community Facility) is a vital and active sporting facility that hosts Southern Lions Rugby Union Football Club and Success Netball Association. Beyond sports, it also serves as a welcoming space for our Cockburn community and wider southwest metropolitan region, where groups, businesses and residents come together for classes, meetings, children’s birthday parties, private functions, and larger community events.

To ensure that Success Reserve continues to meet the needs of our growing community, and provide a connected and inclusive environment for all users, the City of Cockburn has developed a draft Master Plan for proposed upgrades to Success Reserve. This draft plan has been developed using valuable feedback from key stakeholders and community, including the feedback collected during the midway review of the Community, Sport and Recreation and Facilities Plan 2018-2033 in April 2023.

Your feedback on the draft Master Plan is vital as we work to enhance this important community hub to best suit the community's needs now and into the future.

Visit the Document Library to view the Concept Building Plan and Concept Site Plan and check out the Frequently Asked Questions for full details on what is included in the draft Master Plans for Success Reserve.
