INDIGENOUS & EARLY EUROPEAN HERITAGE STUDY

Terra Rosa Consulting are undertaking a heritage study of Dixon Park Reserve and surrounds, known as the Hamilton Hill Swamp Precinct. Terra Rosa wants to hear from residents who may have stories, photos or materials which may provide assistance in the heritage study.

This exciting study was driven by the Hamilton Hill community, whose efforts secured State Government funding from the Office of Heritage 'Local Projects, Local Jobs' fund and the Honourable Minister Simone Frances McGurk, MLA for the Fremantle electorate. This study is supported by the City of Cockburn and the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage.

Terra Rosa are researching the Indigenous and Early European history and significance of the precinct.
