The City of Cockburn's new Age Friendly Strategy has been launched, with thanks to all the participants who provided input.

Within 10 years, the City of Cockburn will have an extra 6,000 older residents. How we plan for the future is important.

Consultation was held in April 2016. The strategy was launched during Seniors Week on Monday 7 November

The strategy aims to promote active ageing and build communities which are inclusive of people’s changing needs as they get older.

Copies are available at Cockburn Libraries, Administration building or can be downloaded from the City’s website.
