Over the past month, significant progress has been made on site.

Behind the scenes, the essentials that make the building function are now in place, including:

• Electrical wiring - these are the cables and wiring that will eventually power lights, powerpoints and equipment
• Plumbing for sinks, taps, showers and toilets
• Heating, cooling and ventilation

The facility will reach lock-up shortly, which means the building can be secured by key.
