Background
Section 3.59 of the Local Government Act 1995 requires a local government to prepare a Business Plan before entering into a major land transaction. The Business Plan is to include an overall assessment of the major land transaction and must be advertised for public comment.
The City of Cockburn has prepared a Business Plan in support of a Major Land Transaction being the proposed lease of the Coogee Beach Caravan Park at 3 Powell Road Coogee to Discovery Holiday Parks Pty Ltd.
A Business Plan is a written document that describes a business proposal which in this case is the proposed disposal, by way of a lease, of the Coogee Beach Caravan Park.
