Background

The City of Cockburn has received a Planning Application for the removal of one of the four Norfolk Pine Trees located on private residential property at 104 Forrest Road, Hamilton Hill. The tree is included on the City of Cockburn Significant Tree List (within the Heritage Inventory). The removal therefore requires a Planning Approval in accordance with the City of Cockburn Town Planning Scheme No.3.

The applicant is requesting removal of the tree due to concerns the tree is causing damage to the adjacent dwelling.
