Please be advised the above matter will be determined at the Ordinary Council Meeting on 10 December 2020. The meeting will be held at 7:00pm, within the Council Chambers, at the City of Cockburn offices at 9 Coleville Crescent, Spearwood.

The report and additional information will be published on the Council’s website (link here) at 8:00PM on Thursday 3 December, or in hard copy from the Administration Building or any Library within the City after the agenda briefing session.

Public questions and presentations to Council on this matter can also be made at the ordinary Council meeting, as per the advice below.
