Key aspects of the proposal are as follows:

  • Time period for approval is proposed to be 36 months, after which the structure will be required to be removed;
  • Hours of operation will be between 10:00am and 5:00pm, seven days per week; and,
  • Appointments can be made outside of the above stated hours for clients to attend

    Thank you for your interest in this planning application. This proposal was advertised for public comment between 13 May and 10 June 2021. The City received nine submissions.

    Submissions were assessed alongside the relevant planning guidelines and regulations. A copy of the submissions and a recommendation was presented to Council for consideration at the Ordinary Council Meeting on 9 September 2021. Considering the planning guidelines and feedback, this application was approved.
