The proposal complies with the City’s Town Planning Scheme No. 3, except for the following:

    Thank you for your interest in this application. This application was advertised for public comment between 17 June and 1 July 2021, in line with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015. The City received 15 submissions during the advertising period.


    Please note however the applicant has since cancelled this application. A revised application, which does not meet the requirements for public advertising, was subsequently submitted by the applicant. This application is still under review.
