The City of Cockburn has received a Planning Application for the change of use from warehouse to distribution centre at 3/24 Erceg Road. Submissions on this application are invited.

Key details of this application are as follows:

  • Items to be picked up from wholesalers, stored in cool rooms on site and then packaged (by hand) for delivery out to various locations; 
  • Items delivered to/from the site via a delivery van/truck, occurring up to ten times per week;
  • Hours of operation are 6am to 6pm Monday to Friday; and
  • Up to six employees would be present on site at any one
