The City advertised this application for community comment between 29 November 2023 and 3 January 2024 and received 24 submissions.

The City considered all submissions and subsequently approved the application under certain conditions. These conditions include (but are not limited to) premises being kept neat and tidy, hours of operation and appointment intervals.
