Project Update: March 2021

Thank you for your submissions on this planning application. The public comment period was open from 22 December 2020 to 25 January 2021. A total of 49 submissions were received, and were assessed in line with the relevant planning guidelines.

The application was assessed and conditionally approved by the Outer Metro Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) on 22 February 2021. Meeting minutes can be found here (external link). Submitters have been advised by email of the decision.
