Background

The City of Cockburn has received a planning application for a Child Care Premises at 125 Mayor Road, Lake Coogee, and you are invited to make a submission.

The proposal has the following characteristics:

  • Located on land zoned ‘Residential’, in which a Child Care Premises is an ‘A’ use, requiring advertising;
  • A single storey building with a total site area of 2,494m2;
  • A gross floor area of 528m2 is proposed;
  • A maximum 84 children and 15 full time staff are proposed at any one time;
  • 22 car parking bays are proposed on-site;
  • Proposed operating hours of 6:30am to 6:30pm
