Project update - February 2023

The City advertised this application for public comment between 23 November and 14 December 2022 and received 11 submissions. Thank you for your feedback.

The City assessed the submissions alongside the relevant guidelines and regulations and prepared a report for the Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) for consideration.

JDAP approved the application at its meeting on 1 February 2023.
