Project Update - May 2024

Thank you for your interest in the proposed Commercial Development at Lot 9501 Gaebler Road, Hammond Park.

The application was considered and determined by the Metro Outer Development Assessment Panel (DAP) at its meeting held on 23 May 2024.

At its meeting, the DAP (being the decision maker on this application) resolved to approve the proposal subject to several conditions. These conditions include requirements for operational and environmental plans, updated transport impact assessments and other conditions. A full list of the conditions, and further details are available in the DAP's meeting minutes on the DAP’s website.

Please note, the City of Cockburn has no avenue to appeal the DAP’s decision at the State Administrative Tribunal.
