Each unit proposes an internal delivery bay;
Landscaping is proposed on-site and upon the verge

The City received no submissions from the public during the advertising period. The application was assessed under the relevant planning framework and a recommendation from the City was provided to the Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP). The proposal approved by the JDAP on 11 April 2022.
