The City of Cockburn has received an application for a display village, sales office and associated carparking at the Lake Treeby estate.
Proposal Details
This proposal requires public advertising, as a display village is a 'Use Not Listed' under the City's Town Planning Scheme No.3.
The subdivision of the residential estate has already been approved.
The development will be located within the estate. Please refer to the layout plan within the Document Library for the specific location.
In accordance with Clause 64 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Scheme) Regulations 2015, 'Use not Listed' requires the opportunity for community comment.

This application relates to the use of the land as a display village only and not the design of individual display homes as this will need to be done separately.
This proposal consists of 18 new builders display homes plus a carpark at Lake Treeby Estate. The proposed new carpark includes 21 bays. In addition, the existing Sales Centre for the Estate includes 24 bays and each display home will be able to accommodate at least 2 bays at each property.
