Project Update - June 2023

At the Ordinary Council Meeting on 13 April 2023, Council considered this application alongside the public submissions and Officer’s recommendation. Council recommends the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) approve this application subject to a number of modifications recommended by City officers. The modifications include improvements to road safety on Wattleup Road, provision of wider roads for visitor parking and confirmation of interface treatments between lots and Wattleup Road.
