Thank you to everyone who shared their thoughts on the lighting options for Jarvis Park. This project page received over 190 visits during the feedback period and 48 people provided input.

What our community said:

• Most respondents (81%) would like to see lighting improvements at Jarvis Park
• Solar bollards (Option A) are the preferred lighting option for 44% of respondents, followed by pole-mounted solar lights (Option B), preferred by 38% of respondents.
• Respondents who prefer the solar bollards like that they create less light spillage and suit the park's character.

Next steps

Project officers have reviewed the feedback and will install the solar bollard lights in line with key findings. We expect to install the lights before mid-2023.
