  • Local Planning Policy 1.9 - Domestic Satellite Dishes

In February 2021 amendments were made to the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 (the Regulations), which introduced multiple criteria for incidental development into the planning framework. Examples of incidental developments include satellite dishes, flagpoles, cubby-houses and camera poles.

The policy will incorporate the new requirements and provide clarity for businesses and individuals seeking to install minor developments classified as "incidental to existing development".
