Thank you for your interest in this Local Planning Policy (LPP) amendment. The proposed amendments were advertised for public comment between 21 October and 11 November 2021.

The proposed amendments along with the submission received was then presented to the Delegated Authorities Policies & Position Statements (DAPPs) panel on 17 February 2022. The Panel resolved to accept the amendments made to LPP 3.6 and was then approved by Council at its Ordinary Council Meeting on 10 March 2022.

The amendments are now part of the adopted planning policy and are in effect. The policy can be viewed on the City’s website
