Consultation has concluded
The City is proposing changes to Local Planning Policy 3.6 - Licensed Premises (Liquor) (LPP 3.6). Submissions are invited on the proposed changes.
Revisions are proposed to improve clarity on how applications for Licensed Premises are assessed under the planning framework.
The intent of the Policy remains the same, with key changes being:
- removal of the need to supply a Public Interest Assessment Report
- addition of the need to supply an Operational Management Plan for certain Licensed Premises.
