Project Update - November 2022

Thank you for your interest in the proposed amendments to Local Planning Policy 5.20.

This proposal was advertised for public comment between 17 March to 7 April 2022. The City received six community submissions.

Submissions were assessed alongside the relevant planning guidelines and regulations, considered by the City’s Governance Committee on the 25 August 2022 and approved.

The Policy was adopted on September 8 and can be viewed on the City’s website.
