The City approved the markets for a six month trial, with the first markets on 22 October 2016.

  • Location: Manning Park Sound Shell. Azelia Ley Road, Hamilton Hill
  • Day: Saturdays
  • Frequency: Weekly
  • Period of operation: 26 weeks
  • Hours of operation: Setup hours 7am to 2pm. Open to the public from 8.30am to 12.30pm.


Note that the markets have since been discontinued. After a six-month trial, the markets operator decided not to continue. The City was notified that the last markets were held on 2 April 2017.
