The City advertised this amendment for public comment between 17 August and 28 September 2023 and received one submission.

The City has reviewed the community’s feedback alongside the planning guidelines. The City will present the submission and a recommendation on the application in a report to Council at the Ordinary Council Meeting (OCM) on Thursday 9 November 2023. Following the OCM, Council’s recommendation will be presented to the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) for consideration and a final decision.
