Background

The City of Cockburn is seeking community feedback on an amendment to the Structure Plan for Lots 2, 7, 30 and 31 Muriel Court Cockburn Central. This is part of the Cockburn Central/Muriel Court Structure Plan – Amendment 7

The amendment proposes to modify the existing plan to accommodate medium density townhouses, laneways and slight changes to densities in specific places from R60 to R80.

    At its meeting on 13 December 2018 (OCM Minutes 13/12/18) Council resolved to recommend approval to the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC).

    The WAPC approved a consolidated version of the Cockburn Central North (Muriel Court) Structure Plan 12 April 2021. The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage website lists the approved document
