    Aubin Grove is a developed area with most residential lots containing useable outdoor spaces. Whilst there is a strong cohort of young people, the number of occupants are projected to decline in 20 years' time, with the most significant shift being the increasing ageing population (55+). Parks and playgrounds will need to mainly support young people and seniors.

  • What does Aubin Grove have?

    Aubin Grove has a high proportion of parks all with a high level of accessibility, encompassing:

    • 11 playgrounds
    • 2 dog parks
    • 1 sporting oval

    Its overall focus on children and young people means a lack of amenities for seniors.
