    Hamilton Hill is continuing to grow, primarily through infill development, often resulting in smaller private outdoor spaces. This increases the importance of parks and outdoor recreation areas. Future planning will focus on improving access to parks, strengthening accessibility to recreation and green spaces, and ensuring that parks and amenities continue to meet the needs of a growing and ageing community.

    Hamilton Hill has a wide range of parks and recreation spaces, including:

    • Manning Park and Davilak Park Regional Reserves
    • many local parks and playgrounds across the suburb
    • accessible and wheelchair-accessible play spaces
    • adult fitness equipment and recreation opportunities
    • ecological corridors and bushland connections
    • walking and recreation links through key corridors

    Many parks are smaller local or pocket parks, but together they provide a broad recreation network across the suburb.
