Background

The City of Cockburn invites your submissions for a Child Care Premises at 9100 Wattleup Road, Hammond Park.

The proposal seeks to construct and operate a Child Care Premises on the corner of Whadjuk Drive and Canary Road. The application proposes up to 8 staff and 85 children at any one time between the operating hours of 6:30am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday.

The application has been advertised to you for comment in accordance with the City’s Local Planning Policy (LPP 3.1 – Child Care Centres) and Town Planning Scheme No. 3.
