The City of Cockburn invites your submissions for an amendment to the previous approval (DA18/0128) of Restaurant and Tavern at the former Coogee Hotel and Post Office, located at 371 Cockburn Road, Coogee.
The development seeks to:
Increase the amount of car bays to 47 (from 40); and
Increase the maximum amount of persons on site to 215 (from 180).
