Background

The City of Cockburn invites your submissions for a 'Use Not Listed' (Telecommunications Infrastructure) at 7 Tamara Drive, Cockburn Central.

The lot is zoned ‘Mixed Business’ and the use is considered a ‘Use Not Listed’ for Telecommunications Infrastructure, which is a discretionary land use that requires advertising.

The proposal is briefly described as follows:

• Establishment of a 50m high lattice steel framed tower; and
• A triangular headframe.

The proposal does not include any line or antennas to operate as an active tower that can be used for telecommunications transmissions and is proposed for display purposes only.
