The proposal includes the following:

  • Double storey building with a total floor area of 477m2;

    • (ground floor 212m2 and upper floor 265m2);

    • 211m2 of Indoor play space and 426m2 of Outdoor play space;

  • Total height 7.02m;

  • Hours of operation are 6am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday;

  • The proposal is to have a maximum of 60 Children and 6 staff members;

  • The proposal varies the parking requirements for 12 car parking bays as no car parking bays are proposed on-site. The shortfall is proposed to be accommodated via the existing on-street car parking bays;

  • 211m2 of indoor play space and 426m2 of Outdoor play space
