Consultation has concluded

The City of Cockburn invites your submissions for a Mixed- Use development at Lot 69 (2) Garston Way, North Coogee.

The use of the site for mixed use was previously approved at the Metro South-West Joint Development Assessment Panel on 17 November 2015 (DAP/15/00744).

The proposal is similar in which it in includes:

  • 2 x Showrooms;
  • A Shop building consisting of various retail uses;
  • A 1300m2 Supermarket;
  • 24 hour Service Station with retail component /convenience store; and
  • 1 x Fast Food outlet.

The application has been placed on public consultation as this proposed plan is different from the previously approved development.

Submissions can be lodged online submission form below, by no later than 26 June 2018.
