Have your say on a proposed modification to Local Development Plan at 1 - 29 Othello Quays, North Coogee.


Background

The current wording restricts fences to no higher than 1.2m, as follows:

“The side boundary fence within the rear/side setback (4m) shall be a maximum height of 1.2m above the rear setback lot level (RL+1.25m)”

This modification proposed is to increase the permitted fence height to 2m, adjoining the side and rear boundaries, as follows:

“The side boundary fence within the rear/side setback (4m) shall be a maximum height of 2m above the rear setback lot level (RL+1.25m)”

    Thank you for your submissions. The public advertising period was open from 12 February to 4 March 2020.

    At its meeting held on 9 April 2020 (OCM Minutes 9/4/20), Council resolved to adopt the proposed modifications.
