Proposed Local Planning Policy - Non-Residential Uses in Residential Zones

Consultation has concluded

10 April 2018

The City seeks comments for a proposed Local Planning Policy (LPP) in relation to non-residential uses in Residential zones.

The LPP provides guidance for non-residential uses in residential zones to ensure that any non-residential use in a residential zone is compatible within its setting and does not negatively impact on the amenity of residents or the area. It also provides key criteria to assist in the application of discretion for non-residential uses capable of approval.
