Why does this application require a Planning Approval?
The application meets the definition of Complex Application under the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 and therefore requires mandatory advertisement.
How long is the City required to advertise the application?
In accordance with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, the City is required to advertise complex applications for 28 days.
The City has advertised the application for a period of 28 days via the following means:
